*What is a community?- it is a group of people with a commonality or sometimes a complex net of over lapping commonalities

1.all of us is brought by the blood of Jesus
2.our authority is based on God
3.we share a common vision ( making disciple of all nations)

*Eph 2:19-22 – we are members of God’s family
*While your relationship with Christ is personal , God never intend it to private

How to make a community?
1.an environment of love
· Proverb 27:17
· We need to practice on listening more than just talking
· Supporting one another during good and bad time - but not avoid one another when there is a problem that is arising
· We need start encouraging people like how we want to be encourage by other people
· encouragement is very important

Benefits of a love environment
1.people are empowered in a community to do more than they ever thought they could (Titus 14)
2.individual in the cellgroup are identified ( know what other people likes and dislikes)
3.People are affirmed and people are encouraged ( 1 thess 5:10-11
4.the group is edified through the word, fellowship and relationship ( each member is given an opportunity for leadership development)
5.heart issue is dealt with ( create an environment of love)
6.Serving and ministry gifts are exercised ( Eph 4:12)
7.cellgroups provide a place of new believers to grow in Christ
8.Cellgroup provided the support when some people fall

2.a place where there is acceptance
· we need to first accept others before they can accept you
· open- minded attitude (go beyond the way you think about others (grace of God))
· Eph 2:8
· Our job is only to create an environment that change is possible

3.a place that we feel belong
· belonging of God is a commitment
· Acts 2:20-22

Universal needs from everybody
1. you want to be love and want to love
2. want to understand and be understood
. Fellowship= Koinonia

4.a place where there is partnership
. Eph 2:10
. Fellowship can also be describe as partnership
. partner will cover each other in times of need
. partners will take care of each other
. partners will share whatever they have
