Verse of the sermon: 2 Samuel 9:6-13
- He gave a invitation to us!
-2 Samuel 9:7
"Don't be afraid," David said to him, "for I will surely show you kindness for the sake of your father Jonathan. I will restore to you all the land that belonged to your grandfather Saul, and you will always eat at my table."
-Luke 14:13-14
But when you give a banquet, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind, and you will be blessed. Although they cannot repay you, you will be repaid at the resurrection of the righteous."

Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me.
- Our shame is being taken away!(no more shame!)
Do you know that the meaning of Mephiboseth is shame?

God doesn't save us by chance, but its because of His covenant with us!
- We realise that we are unworthy to be in His presence
