Source of Temptation: Satan

6 steps the devil uses to tempt man.

1. The devil tries to make us doubt God
   
   • Once we doubt God, we will lose faith.
   • Doubt and faith will never co-exist, because when we live in doubt, it will destroy our faith over time
   • Doubting God is insulting His integrity and love
   • The only way to win the devil is to disagree with the devil
2. The devil uses half-truth
   
   • Half truths are things that are partly true and partly not true
   • Half truth is a very dangerous weapon if we are not sure of God's teaching
   • Never act smart with God's word and add into His standards
3. The devil uses LIES
   
   • The devil lies to us using God's word
   • The devil twists the word of God
     
   • If we are not aware of God's word, we will be tricked by him
     
4. The devil uses the lust of the eyes
5. The devil uses the Lust of the flesh
6. The devil uses the pride of the world

The last 3 things that the devil uses, are representations of man's own greed.
