Title - Creation of man(Pt 2)

Spirit - Soul - Body
  • We don't live to satisfy the lust of our body.
  • God takes away our heart and give us a new Spirit to resurrect our own spirit. (Ezekiel 36:26-27)
  • Then we become a "born again" person in our spirit through the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit dwells in us to teach us about ALL THINGS~ John 14:26

2nd Function of the spirit. - To worship and have a Relationship with God - John 4:24

  • Everyone worships something because of the spirit that is in us. (God, idols, stars, moon, trees,mountain .etc) - John 4:21, Deuteronomy 27:12
  • But God called us to be true worshippers, a living sacrifice. (Romans 12:1)

-To worship is to procrastinate oneself in reverence

-Worship is also Fellowship 1 John 1:3, 2 Corinthians 13:14

  • Praying to God.

-Prayers doesn't just means intense and fervant prayers but instead when we pray, we have to listen to what God have to say to us.

- H (E A R) T ~ our heart has a ear to listen.

3rd Function of the Spirit - Conscience - Romans 9:1

  • Keeping a clear conscience before others.(Acts 23:1, Acts 24:16, Hebrews 10:22)
  • Love comes from a good clearn conscience and pure love come with sincere faith.(1 Timothy 1:5, 2 Corinthians 1:12)
  • Our conscience functions according to your own knowledge. (1 John 3:20-22, 1 Corinthians 8:10-11)
  • Hypocrites - If we ignore our conscience, we will be condemned by God. It'll be a slow and gradual process if we ignore our conscience but it has no turning back. (1 Timothy 1:19-20, 1 Timothy 4:2)
  • Conscience is what leads us to God as a spiritual being.

7 Steps Back to being the Original Design of God.

1. Shine the spiritual light and remove the darkness in our lives. (Genesis 1:1-5, John 6:40)

2. Seperate your soul and spirit.(Genesis 1:6-8)

  • To choose the spiritual life and denying ourselves. (Hebrews 4:12)

3. Resurrection - A fruit bearing Christian. (Genesis 1:9-13)

  • Produce fruits and multiply.

4. Let our light shine before man.(Genesis 1:14-19)

  • A different kind of light - A physical light. (Matthew 5:16)

5. Living a life of freedom in Christ (Genesis 1:20-23)

6. Becoming the image and likeness of God. (Genesis 1 :26-31)

7. A life of rest (Genesis 2:1-3)

  • Confidence in God. (Matthew 11:28-30)

-No Anxiety

-No worries

-No stress

-No Fear
