Adjusting Your Life to God

>You require major adjustments in your life
-faith comes by action

You cannot stay where you are and GO with God.

>You wanna do God's assignments? You gotta adjust!
>God wanted Jesus to make adjustments

>There is spiritual wealth for us
2 Corinthians 8:9

>until you're ready to make adjustments, you're little of use to God.

no obey=no adjust

2 examples
1. Rich young man
> He did not choose to make the adjustment required to follow Jesus
>Not willing to leave His wealth
2. Elisha
>Chose to made adjustment
>Gave up everything he had to follow Christ.

Matthew 6:24

The only thing Christianity cannot be is to be moderately important.
>God has to be no.1 or everything will fall out of place

>will you do anything and go all the way to adjust?

types of adjustment

• circumstance
• attitude
• relationship
• thinking
• commitment
• action
• belief
• absolute surrender

90% with God is better than 100% without God
>Your life is Your ministry.
>Change in our actions
>How you pray is very important
-you need to have a effective prayer life!

during the Japanese occupation, people who are involve but NOT committed never get killed even after being on missions for 50 times! but others who are INVOLVED AND COMMITTED get killed on their 1st mission!


>real christians have to be committed
>God's ways and not ours!



CHRISTIANS cannot be MEDIOCRE [involve BUT NOT committed]
-give up halfway

>have you done everything you can do and do everything you can?

>if we only give our life to God, amazing things will happen.

>adjust even to suffer just to see God's assingment fufilled.
>he is no fool who gives what he cannot keep to gain what he cannot lose.


>let my heart be broken by the things that breaks the heart of God
