MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE.

hey all. today is christmas eve.
hope that yesterday's sermon has taught you to understand the true meaning of christmas.

1. relavance of christmas
Colossians 1:15-16
He existed before creation.
Jesus came in the form of a human because He did not want to scare us!
He suffered the way we did suffer.

2.reason for christmas
He came down for you.
>He came to show us how God is like
>He came to show us how we can truly live
-He knows you more than you know yourself
>He forgives everything that you've done wrong
Phillipians 2:6-8
>He came for your benefit
You're the main reason for this season

3.result of christmas
you can know God
many gifts we receive may be impersonal, impractical, inexpensive and temporary.
but God's gift to you is personal, practical, priceless and permanent.

How many more christmas are you going to take to accept God's gift for you?



We were the reason He gave His life
We were the reason that He suffered and died
to a world that was lost
He gave all He could give
To show us the reason to live
