2 things I can do to please God.
1. Have faith in Jesus Christ
2. Please God with all our heart
-not half heart us WHOLE heart

>the faith that we have in God should be EXPLOSIVE.

2 Corinthians 5:21
>faith does not come just by knowing about God, it's comes by knowing God.!
Romans 5:17

as long as you're a christian, you're an example to the world
are you going to give in to peer pressure.?
2 Chronicles 16:9

2 things that stops us from pleasing God
1. FEAR
2.We choose to please human instead of man

>fear comes from believing in a lie.
John 8:44
Satan is the father of lies
and we can deal with fear.
1 Corinthians 1:27-28

>sometimes, we choose to believe in what we feel and not what God says
>Satan likes to put thoughts in our mind to think of how God is like

>fear would make us wanna compete and compare with each other
-compare spiritually.!

2 things will happen because of this fear
1.Attitude of Insecurity
2.Attitude of Pride

>when we please man instead of God
when we treat
approval of man = approval from God

when we have pride, we serve man
as leaders, as they serve God, they dont take pride

>if the heart desires to please God, it will please God.

>even Jesus took the position of a servant

Galatians 1:10

>our insecurity potrays our insensitiveness towards other ppl
>we blame them and not ourselves
>we began to be dishonest
>we began to tell lies for other's approval

because of this, we'll not be led by the Holy Spirit

>only the Holy Spirit can lead your life
>we need to be sucure in Christ and stop looking at our weaknesses.
