what is worry?
>>tormenting oneself with disturbing thoughts
>>worry is being played by nagging
worry can be a addiction but Jesus can set us free from that too!
Jesus died for us so as to give us peace
Do u know? you can nvr worry and have peace at the same time
whatever worry we have will not change anything around us
satan uses worry to occupy our mind so that we cannot change anything
If the devil can preoccupy your mind with worries, you won't use your mind in productive, God honouring ways.
Matthew 6:25-27
"Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?
birds in the sky do not worry cus they know that God will provide, since God loves man the most why should we worry about things around us?
God delights in giving His children the best
God loves and adores you!
-if we focus on worrying about tomorrow, we can't live and celebrate today
-God gives grace today for today
-God doesn't give grace in advance
-everyday is a refreshing touch from God
3 things to overcome your worries
1. Speaking the Word
2.God wans you to THROW ur worries to Him wif all ur might n not just passing to Him softly
Worrying doesn't take tml of its sorrow, it robs today of its strength
1peter 5:7
Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.
3. we need to rest in God
don't worry when u face problems, cus there can never be true peace without opposition!
2 corinthians 10:4-5
The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.
-worry is against the word of God
-worry = not trusting God

But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well

Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
