Mission trippers,

There will flu injection for those who wanted to inject for prevention but it will not be under the mission fund. So you guyz got to pay for your own injection! The standard cost of a Private Clinic is $30 per jab. We are bringing in the Vaccine thru Joel Khor's mum at approx $19.25 each. WIth gloves, needle, syringe etc the total cost should adds up to NO MORE than $25.

Doc Chen Jer Shih from our church has agreed to administer our Jab. However, he require the attached consent form to be signed before any jab can be administrated. People under 21 year old have to get Parents consent while people above 21 years old has to sign the form as a declaration.
